PREPARED-2 Study

PERENIAL ALLERGIC RHINITIS with indoor nasal allergies?

We are testing whether an investigational medicine, lebrikizumab, could help reduce symptoms for people with moderate to severe indoor nasal allergies. This study is for individuals who have already tried the usual recommended allergy treatments without getting the relief they need.

Who is eligible?

  • Are aged 12 years or older

  • Have been diagnosed with indoor nasal allergies and currently have symptoms

  • Have tried the usual treatments for nasal allergies, but they have not worked

  • May or may not have other types of allergies as well

Additional criteria will apply.
You will need to have a skin prick test to check if you qualify for this study. The study team will explain this to you.

What does the study include?

* For adults: The study is divided into 4 periods and will last about 8 months.

* For adolescents: The study includes 5 periods and will last about 1 year and 4 months.

* All participants will receive either the investigational medicine or a placebo. This clinical research will evaluate whether the investigational treatment is safe and effective in reducing symptoms of nasal allergies.

* In addition, everyone in the study will receive background therapy, which includes a nasal spray provided by the study team. If you are currently taking other allergy medications, you may be able to continue them during the study or switch to a different version, as explained by the study team.
